QUOTATION ESTIMATE

Thanks to our very quick quotation system, you will receive a final estimate on the total cost of your stay including taxes.

Price estimates contemplate:
- airport, pick-up.
- assistance and interpreting services in the event of medical consultations, surgery and/or hospitalization.
- 24-hour counseling services.
- transportation by car from your place to a medical unit or ambulatory care facility for consultation, or to a clinic for surgery.
- your stay in a quality apartment, with 24-hours caretaking with local telephone calls included.
- all medical consultations.
- all other expenses related to your surgical intervention (the Doctor’s and the Anesthetist’s fees, hospitalization charges, drugs and medication, also all necessary elements such as bandages, etc.

 PAYMENT TERMS

You have to pay in advance 10% of your package via Western Union, wire transfer or PayPal.

 RISKS AND COMPLICATIONS

All surgeries involve risks and possible complications. These, however, are drastically diminished as a result of meticulous pre-surgery assessments and the professionalism of the surgeon and his medical staff.

Medical studies and tests are particularly rigorous in the case of foreign patients.

Nevertheless, some risks go well beyond the skills and reputation of the surgeon and his team; rather, they are intrinsic to the type of surgery performed. You will be informed carefully about these risks in your pre-surgical consultations, and will be given a document, written in your own language, fully outlining the risks.

 SURGERY WARRANTY

Though rarely needed, all surgeons at PRIDE DOCTORS commit to performing a second operation – free of charge – for corrective purposes.

The surgeon understands that all the expenses related to your stay for this second intervention will be covered in its entirety by PRIDE DOCTORS, with the exception of airfares, which are not part of the arrangement.

 PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is our number one priority. PRIDE DOCTORS is fully committed to protecting the privacy of each and every patient who either visits our site or makes contact with us through other means.

Consequently, only after your consent is given do we proceed to file any information about you. Sometimes you will be asked to provide personal, verifiable information – such as your name, telephone number or e-mail address – so that you can communicate directly with our physicians.

The personal information of our clients is strictly confidential. With the exception of the aforementioned case, your personal information will not be sold nor given to third parties, but shall remain secure at all times and only be accessed by your surgeon for consultation purposes.

 RESPONSIBILITY

PRIDE DOCTORS is only liable for the traveling and lodging portions of this package. The surgeon is solely and exclusively liable for the medical treatment and for the clinic. All litigation related to medical issues shall be the concern of the Argentinean Courts of Justice.

 SURGERY CANCELLATION COSTS

Should you decide to cancel your surgery after your arrival in Argentina, PRIDE DOCTORS shall only charge you for your lodging and transportation expenses.

The surgeon may decide, for medical reasons, not to perform the surgery; in that case, you will receive a full refund on the total cost of the surgery.

 INSURANCE

As a visitor, we strongly advise you contemplate the purchase of a travelers insurance for the entirety of your stay.
