 STEP 1: Estimated cost (free and no commitment) (TOP)

Before any operation you will get an estimated cost for all the package. For that purpose we offer you two options. The first option is to complete the required information in our automatic quotation on-line or send us to our e-mail the general questionnaire for surgery, including photos of the part of the body to be treated (front and profile). This second option will allow you obtain a much more precise quotation since the surgeon will be able to evaluate the case better.

For the second quotation option, only those messages that include all the answers and the photos (front and profile) of the part of the body to be treated, will be considered. All the information shall be strictly confidential. The first pre-consultation on-line is free of charge and with no commitment whatsoever.

STEP 2: Evaluation and medical diagnosis (TOP) |
|
Once the estimated cost of the package is received and if there is no objection as to the quotation, you shall have to send us the clinical record form. All the information therein required is of utmost necessity so that our new surgeon can offer a precise diagnosis. Together with this form, you shall have to send two photos (front and profile) of the part of the body to be treated so that the doctor can inform you about the operation in the most convenient way.
Any extra information that you may offer and that you consider useful for the medical diagnosis shall be welcome. Furthermore, we invite you to ask all the questions that may worry you in connection with the treatment to follow. The more informed patients and surgeons are, the more accurate the medical diagnosis is going to be and the patient shall feel more confident.

STEP 3: Your decision (TOP) |
|
After such medical evaluation, you shall receive the diagnosis that suits your case best. In case you accept the service conditions, you shall have to send us a signed form of consent related to the surgery, which shall be ratified when arriving in Argentina.
Remember that you are the one who takes the final decision. It is important that you read carefully the form of consent and that all your doubts and fears before the operation are solved.

STEP 4: Confirmation and reserve (TOP) |
|
After the decision is taken, and having given your consent, we shall ask you for the confirmation of the reservation (flights, surgery, tours, lodging, etc.) completing the general surgery questionnaire and sending it to our e-mail address.
After having received the completed form, we shall send you a detailed program of your stay, the visiting schedule with the surgeon, the day and the hour of the surgery.

STEP 5: Your arrival at the international airport (TOP) |
|
The day of your arrival at the International Airport of Ezeiza, our personal assistant shall be waiting for you to see you to the car that will take you the apartment of your choice.
Your assistant shall be in charge of the flight confirmation to return to your country and shall accompany you to all your medical appointments and on the day of the surgery.

STEP 6: Consultation with the surgeon before the surgical intervention (TOP) |
|
The first visit to the surgeon is scheduled as soon as you arrive in the country. You shall probably need to take some tests before this visit such as blood tests, x rays, electrocardiogram, etc..
Remember that the more complete the information about you the better and safer for you: this shall enable the surgeon to explain to you the characteristics of the procedure and what results are to be expected among other things. For this purpose, we recommend you that before undergoing any surgery you must make the most of this conversation with the doctor and feel free to ask him again all that you think it is necessary to clear all the doubts. The surgeon selected shall be at your disposal to answer every type of questions.
Once the surgical alternatives have been discussed in detail, the risks involved and results, you shall be ready to give your consent to proceed with the following steps. Only then, the estimated cost informed in the on-line consultation shall be confirmed. These fees can be paid both in cash or using a credit card.
Remember that neither you nor the surgeon are in any way obliged before the pre-surgery consultation. Only after you sign your consent there shall be an agreement binding the parties.

STEP 7: The surgery (TOP) |
|
The surgical operation normally takes place the day following the consultation with the doctor. Our personal assistant shall accompany you to the clinic and shall remain by your side the day of the surgery and also if the surgery requires a temporary admission at the hospital. |

PASO 8: Post-surgery, Recovery (TOP) |
|
After the operation, when discharged from hospital, our personal assistant shall take you to your apartment. During the post-operation period, PRIDE DOCTORS shall be in charged of setting a new appointment for the necessary medical control. During the recovery period, our assistant shall be at your entire service for anything you may need, for example, to accompany you to new medical visits.

STEP 9: Tour (TOP) |
|
You have the possibility to choose a short tour before the surgery or a few days after it. In both cases, our personal assistant shall give you advice and accompany you in case you need flight confirmation and transfers for your relax stay.
PRIDE DOCTORS recommends you take the tour before the operation so that during your recovery period you can rest and feel relaxed, knowing that you can consult your doctor at any moment.

STEP 10: Returning home (TOP) |
|
PRIDE DOCTORS and our personal assistant guarantees the transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
Once you are back in your country of residence, do not hesitate to contact us and your doctor via e-mail or by telephone. It is always convenient to be in touch to check the recovery process in the long term.
Furthermore, any consultation you may be willing to make, PRIDE DOCTORS will always be at your complete disposal.
